Kay Bojesen Panda Bear - Small

Delighted to welcome this lovely Panda to the Kay Bojesen wooden animal collection.

Kay Bojesen's heart beat for everything that brings joy to children and childlike souls. Back in 1952, he created Ursula, the friendly bear , inspired by a small bear being cared for by the curator of Copenhagen Zoo and his wife in their own home. 

Now, more than 65 years later, it is the turn of Kay Bojesen Denmark to be inspired by the same Zoo. In April 2019, this beautiful Panda was introduced to celebrate the opening of Copenhagen Zoo's new, ground-breaking Panda house. 

This Panda is crafted in painted beech and has its own unique charisma.
