Do we ship internationally?

No - only to UK addresses.

How quickly will I get my order?

We post on Mondays and Fridays. Once shipped your order should be with you within 1-3 working days of your order depending on chosen service. Please be aware it might take longer during busy times of the year (Christmas).

Who do you use to ship with?

We believe in supporting our local community hence why we use our local Post Office and ship Royal Mail. Always tracked and you should get the tracking details emailed to you once the parcel is on its way.

I've placed an order but want to add to it.  What should I do?

So long as the first order hasn't been shipped we can try to consolidate the orders.  Send us an email to webshop@spektakular.co.uk and we will help you.

Do you only stock Scandinavian/Nordic brands?

Yes, that is our main business idea.
However sometimes we fall in love with none-Scandi brands but then we make sure they are related somehow to Scandiland.

Can I stock my designs at your shop?

Yes, however please do note that we are a Scandi shop but if you think you have what it takes then email us at hello@spektakular.co.uk 

Can I get a discount?

We feel we offer good value and price things fairly. We want customers to be able to shop with confidence. There are businesses that mark up prices sky high then have constant discount offers - we find that rather misleading, and prefer to set an honest price.  If you sign up to our email newsletter we do offer special treats and please do keep an eye on our social media for our annual clearance sale.

Do you do Klarna or similar payments?

No - while we are obviously keen to sell, we are uncomfortable encouraging people to take on debt and choose not to enable that kind of payment option.
